About Our Prints

Q: What’s the difference between your screenprints and your print-on-demand prints?
A: Our screenprints are made by hand in small, limited runs. Each one is slightly different because of the human touch, tiny ink variations, texture changes, and happy accidents make every piece one of a kind.

Our print-on-demand designs are printed through our partner Printful and shipped straight to you. These aren’t limited edition, but the quality is crisp, consistent, and made to last.

Q: Are your screenprints numbered or signed?
A: Yes, limited edition screenprints are numbered and signed so you know exactly which one you’ve got. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Q: How limited is “limited edition”?
A: Usually between 10–50 prints per design, depending on the piece. We’ll always mention the edition size on the product page.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Screenprints: We pack and ship these ourselves within 3–5 working days. Print-on-demand: These are made-to-order via Printful. Production usually takes 2–7 days, plus shipping time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Both our hand-pulled screenprints and print-on-demand products can be shipped worldwide. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location.

Q: Will my order arrive together if I buy both screenprints and print-on-demand items?
A: Not necessarily. Because they’re produced and shipped from different places, they’ll arrive separately. You’ll get tracking info for each shipment.

Product Care

Q: How do I look after my print?
A: Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and frame it behind glass for best protection. For screenprints, avoid touching the printed surface with bare hands — natural oils can affect the ink over time.

Q: Are your prints archival quality?
A: Yes — both our hand screenprints and print-on-demand prints use high-quality, archival inks and papers, designed to last without yellowing.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Screenprints: Because they’re handmade and limited, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged. Print-on-demand: If there’s a print error or damage in transit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: Send us photos of the damage and the packaging within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Custom & Commissions

Q: Do you do custom prints?
A: Occasionally! If you’ve got an idea for a custom design or colourway, drop us a message via the contact page and we’ll see what’s possible.

Q: Can I request a sold-out print?
A: Sadly, no. Limited editions are truly limited, once they’re gone, we don’t reprint them.
